Weighted club swinging involves circular and rotational movements that are nourishing for your joints and rejuvenating for your muscles, nervous system, and your overall sense of coordination and balance. Two light clubs and an intermediate-weight club are required for the course. Contact Solaluna Yoga to get clubs. Suggested contribution for the course is $120. As always, we offer flexible pricing with our pay-what-works system.
