Weighted club swinging is an ancient form of resistance training that has tremendous benefits for your body and mind! 

Weighted club swinging emphasizes circular and rotational movements, which distinguishes it from other forms of weight training. 

These dynamic movement patterns are key to the many positive capacities you can develop with a club swinging practice, including:

Two light clubs and an intermediate-weight club are required for the course. Contact Solaluna Yoga if you need to acquire clubs. Suggested contribution for the course is $120. As always, we offer flexible pricing with our pay-what-works system.

    5. Supplement: Wrist & Forearm Practice with a Ball & a Wall

    6. Class 4: Review of Inside/Outside Circles & Mills + Figure-Eights

    1. Class 5: Loops & Casts

    2. Class 5: Warm-Up

    1. Class 6: Figure-Eights with 2 Clubs + Casting Patterns

    2. Class 6: Warm-Up

    3. Class 7: Double Clubs, Staggered Figure-Eights (AKA Staggered Mills) & Casts
